## Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

## Delivery — Netherlands
- Standard shipping: 1–4 business days
- Free shipping on orders over €100

## Delivery — Europe
- Standard shipping: 4–8 business days
- Flat rate: €6.95

## Delivery — Rest of World
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
- Flat rate: €9.95

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

## RETURN & REFUND POLICY

# Return & Refund Policy

## Returns
We accept returns within **14 days** of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging

## How to Return
Email us at joep@altrstudios.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

## Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.

## Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at joep@altrstudios.store with photos and your order number.
